IndiHive provides software development services including web development, mobile app development, AI, IoT and automation, and product & UX design. The specific scope of work will be outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Timely feedback and approvals during the development process
• Payment as per the agreed terms
• Providing necessary access and credentials for project completion

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Generally, we require an advance payment before project commencement, with the balance due upon project completion or as per milestones.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

IndiHive's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
